Jeff's career in fine French and International cuisine has brought him around the world from the Westin Casuarina Resort in the Cayman Islands to Cakebread Cellars and The Culinary Institute of American Greystone in the Napa Valley. Because of this breadth of experience, Jeff was asked to take the helm of Yoshi Tome's world famous Sake Program. With his passion for fine wines, sakes and foods and 19+ years in the service industry, Jeff believes that the secrets to the perfect dining experience rests with exceptional food and spirits combined with professional, attentive service.
