Inspired by his travels and the cuisines of Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, China, Hawaii and the Caribbean, Scott’s inventive creations startle the palate with fresh, striking flavors while they tantalize the eyes.
A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Scott honed his cuisine at Masa's, Stars and Campton Place, Casa Madrona and Kuleto's, Bix and Tra Vigne among others in the Bay Area. Scott’s expertise has been called upon for food concept and menu development for restaurant openings in Osaka, Japan and Honolulu, Hawaii.
