We Want You To Know
We are frequently asked about the safety of our fish, following the nuclear catastrophe in Japan. We want our guests to feel comfortable and have access to good, up-to-date information.
At Sushi Ran, our fish is sourced from the most reputable vendors, both here and in Japan. In addition to many locally sourced fish, we also offer a full menu of non-sushi items.
At this time, all fish imported from Japan is currently being rigorously inspected by the Japanese government before leaving Japan, and then again by the FDA when it arrives in the United States.
