We pride ourselves on bringing Japanese cuisine to a new level by pairing our award-winning fare with wines from around the world to heighten the culinary experience. Rieslings from Germany, Gewürztraminers from Alsace, Pinot Noir from Sonoma and Willamette Valley are all ideal matches for raw fish. We produce amazing wines here in Northern California and to not showcase these wines with our foods would be a great shame. Mature Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignons and stainless-steel fermented Chardonnays are also wonderful matches with Japanese cuisine.
